Seven Italy GHR 40 2V heavy-duty spiral mixer: a professional dough processing machine for both domestic and professional activities.

This single-phase spiral mixer is especially suitable for professional catering services, rotisseries, pizzerias and for any activity who needs to process large amounts of dough at a time.

The spiral mixer with tilting head works with two combined rotations:

  1. the bowl rotates on itself with a regular motion;
  2. the spiral hook, which is immersed in the dough, rotates on its axis;

The particular shape of the spiral combined to the rotating bowl allows to quickly obtain perfectly mixed doughs.

The transmission and the chain with oil-bath gearmotor require very low maintenance and they ensure extremely low noise.

This spiral mixer allows processing with excellent results any type of dough: bread, fresh or egg pasta, pizza, focaccia bread (flat bread), biscuits, pastries. Perfect for hard, soft and elastic dough, both sweet and salty, up to 65% hydration.
