This model is equipped with 2 speed levels, resulting in the possibility to select the most suitable speed according to the type of dough that needs to be processed.
The spiral kneader with tilting head works with two combined rotations:
- the bowl rotates on itself with a regular motion;
- the spiral hook, which is immersed in the dough, rotates on its axis;
The particular shape of the spiral joined to the rotating plate allows getting perfectly mixed doughs shortly.
The transmission and the chain with geared motor in oil bath require very low maintenance and they ensure extremely low noise.
This spiral mixer allows processing any type of dough: bread, home-made fresh or egg pasta, pizza, focaccia bread (flat bread), cookies, cakes, Christmas cakes, and so on, ensuring excellent results. Perfect for hard, soft and elastic dough, both sweet and salty doughs up to 65% hydration.
